Shipping & Returns
Any product purchased from the VIVA e-store cannot be exchanged or returned under normal circumstances. In the rare scenario where a faulty, damaged or incomplete ready-to-wear item is delivered, you may always contact our customer care team, within 24 hours of receiving your order, who will facilitate you with an Online Store Credit option or refund the amount, once the article is received back at our warehouse and checked by our Quality Assurance team. Upon approval of the refund request, please be advised that the refund will be processed within a span of 21 working days. Please note that no customer request will be entertained after 24 hours of receipt of the order by the customer. Any mailing/shipping charges associated with the exchange of a defective item are the sole responsibility of the customer.
